Cooking Class in Sorrento

During the cooking class, you will be guided in the preparation of some great classics of Italian tradition. You will learn how to make fresh handmade pasta, preparing tagliatelle and ravioli according to authentic recipes. Vittoria will accompany you throughout the experience with her warm hospitality and attention to detail, sharing the connection between the villa, her family and the local cuisine. The lesson will continue with the preparation of tiramisù, one of Italy’s most beloved desserts.

The experience will be enriched by a guided tasting, during which you will discover a selection of volcanic wines produced by Vittoria’s family just a few kilometers from Sorrento. You will enjoy your glasses of wine while savoring the fruits of your work, under the shade of the lemon trees and immersed in the calm, relaxing atmosphere of the villa. Lunch will end with tiramisù and a glass of ice-cold limoncello. Cin cin! Let’s toast together to an unforgettable day in Sorrento.

This was the greatest experience ever. The chance to make your own food with the chefs, not only make it from scratch but to eat it also. . The girls hosting the cooking that were absolutely amazing. You felt like you were visiting friends on the patio of an Italian home. We couldn’t have been more pleased and was the highlight of all the experiences we’ve had this week. Eccellente 😋😋😋

We had such a lovely time with Vittoria and her friend cooking delicious pasta dishes and tiramisu in her family’s gorgeous outdoor kitchen overlooking the olive groves. The view of the sea in the distance with the sun setting during our meal was incredible and she was very considerate to even move our cooking class time so we could enjoy the sunset, rather than miss it. Would recommend this experience if you’re looking to do a cooking class in Sorrento.

Vittoria is a delight! She’s an amazing, knowledgeable, and talented chef and we felt so welcomed into the family villa. From her warm welcome of cheeses and sparkling wine to the views of the beautiful gardens and sea, it was an unforgettable experience! We loved learning and making our own ravioli, fettuccine, and tiramisu. And the best part was enjoying eating it outdoors with a lovely view. Also very much enjoyed their family vineyard Wines.
