This was the greatest experience ever. The chance to make your own food with the chefs, not only make it  from scratch but to eat it also. . The girls hosting the cooking that were absolutely amazing. You felt like you were visiting friends on the patio of an Italian home. We had such a lovely time with Vittoria and her friend cooking delicious pasta dishes and tiramisu in her family’s gorgeous outdoor kitchen overlooking the olive groves. The view of the sea in the distance with the sun setting during our meal was incredible and she was very considerate to even move our cooking class time so we could enjoy the sunset, rather than miss it. Vittoria is a delight! She’s an amazing, knowledgeable, and talented chef and we felt so welcomed into the family villa. From her warm welcome of cheeses and sparkling wine to the views of the beautiful gardens and sea, it was an unforgettable experience! We loved learning and making our own ravioli, fettuccine, and tiramisu. And the best part was enjoying eating it outdoors with a lovely view. Also very much enjoyed their family vineyard Wines. Our cooking experience with Vittoria, the owner of Casa Fiorita in Sorrento, was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. We then enjoyed our meal al fresco, surrounded by beautiful gardens and breathtaking views. Vittoria and her family are so welcoming and generous! We learned the most delicious, simple recipes, sipped on wine and had great conversation with the most picturesque backdrop at their family home of three generations. Victoria and Linda were exceptional hosts and teachers! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The family property had a beautiful view. We loved our authentic Italian experience and the food was delicious!
