In the late afternoon, you will meet Vittoria at her elegant 19th-century family villa, a historic home with a garden where time seems to slow down. Among lemon trees, Mediterranean scents and ancient olive trees, you will be welcomed into an intimate and charming setting, perfect for experiencing Sorrento in a different light. The experience will begin with a welcome glass of wine or a soft drink, served as the sun slowly starts to set over the sea. After the welcome, you will put on your apron and take part in a cooking lesson dedicated to the most authentic flavors of Italian tradition.
Fresh Pasta Making in Sorrento
During the cooking class, you will prepare fresh handmade pasta, learning how to make tagliatelle and ravioli with simple, genuine ingredients. The lesson will take place in a special atmosphere, accompanied by the warm colors of the sunset lighting up the garden and reflecting on the sea, making every moment even more memorable. Vittoria will be by your side throughout the experience, sharing stories, family traditions and details connected to the villa and the local cuisine.
